Chef and the Farmer Restaurant in Kinston, NC
I just returned from spending a week in North Carolina with my friend Rita. We crammed a lot into six days. Her number one objective was to eat at the Chef and the Farmer Restaurant in Kinston. She loves Vivian Howard. So as you can see we had great seats right in front of the chef's kitchen. I had the steak and she had the pork. The food was fabulous! Especially liked the SWEET POTATO SKINS stuffed with collard greens appetizer, and the radish, mushroom & turnip bread pudding that came with the steak. We splurged by ordering drinks and dessert, because we'll probably never make it back there. Was a little pricey but a great experience!
