I discovered this quaint little New Orleans style restaurant named Tibby's the other night and stopped in with a friend to give it a try. Small, and very busy, the food was excellent! We started off with Hurricane's (it was happy hour), moved on to eggplant sticks (so good) and then to our entrees. I decided to try Rita's Pork Tenderloin cutlets over dirty rice, while she tried Shrimp and Andouille Cheddar Grits. We topped off dinner with coffee and some kind of hot flakey pastry dessert covered in powdered sugar. The whole meal was fantastic and we both brought home enough food for another meal. I can't wait to go back.
So, if you're ever in the Winter Park area of Florida, look for Tibby's on Aloma. It's located in a little strip mall.
