What's your idea of a hot hero? Is it his looks, his character or sense of humor? Maybe he has fangs, tattoos, or body piercings. What if he's a werewolf, cowboy or clown? We all have our own preferences of what attracts us to the opposite sex. It's not just men you know. Why can't a woman be a hero?
What exactly is the definition of a hero? I looked it up. Seems that women were left out of the equation. A hero is - A person, typically a man, who is admired for courage or noble qualities. The chief male character in a book, play, or movie, who is typically identified with good qualities.
But wait, I found another definition. A hero is - A person admired for bravery, great achievements, or good qualities. The hero is the main character of a story, play, or movie. This description definitely leaves the door open for a woman. I guess what it boils down to folks is that a hero can really be anyone, depending on the situation.
Here's my definition of a hot hero. Tall, dark and handsome, but with battle scars. I want the alpha, people. He's not in some store selling books. He's the fire-fighter, werewolf, sheriff, vampire, cowboy, or cop. He's big, and tough, and doesn't back down from a fight. He knows what he wants and goes after it, and he gets it too. He's loyal, and faithful to his woman.
I want John Wayne in The Quiet Man, Chris Hemsworth in Thor, and Victor Mature with those sexy bedroom eyes. Give me Bruce Willis in Tears of the Sun, and Daniel Day-Lewis in Last of the Mohican's, Shemar Moore in Criminal Minds, and David Paetkau in Flashpoint.
I think you get my point. So, who's your hot hero? My giveaway is a download of Someone to Love Me, a different kind of hero who will melt your heart. Leave a comment and your email addy, and have fun!
