I know it's her money and her right but it's a shame she tore down such a beautiful home! She bought the home, then tore it down so she can build her dream home. Are you going to tell me she couldn't find a piece of beachfront property just as nice as this one, to build on it? Must be nice to have $12 million dollars to just flush down the toilet. If she wanted to throw her ex's money away, she could have given it to a worthwhile charity or something. That kind of money would go a long way to helping those in need.

Debbie/Tory...There seems to be more to the story and in fact, it seems your wish did happen. It's reported there was extensive termite damage and that's why the home was demolished (who ever really knows the truth about these things) but that a lot of the estates contents were put up for auction to benefit Habitat For Humanity. How cool! I just read the article. That's a generous donation and I bet the items go for more at auction.
Hard to believe a house that expensive was infested with termites. Most people have inspections done before they purchase a home but I know from experience inspections aren't always reliable. Or should I say, the inspector?
