I prefer these over the pantyhose/tights. They're more comfortable, easier to wear, and come in various sizes.

I do remember. I like them better, too. They do stay up pretty well with those sticky things.
Nancy's mention of the garter belt reminded me that I used one when I was in high school. Then I remember how happy everyone seemed when pantyhose came out.
