I hope you've reached the right place, and I hope that you're over eighteen. This website is for adults only. No, I don't sell adult toys or videos or anything like that, this isn't a porn site. But it is the site of an erotic romance writer.

If you're looking for a steamy read, long, short or in between, where the characters are all over each other, get down and dirty, than I can guarantee that you will find something here. I'm going to level with you, my erotic romances are explicit and graphic in nature, but they all have happily forever or happily for now endings.

Nutrisystem is out! Now don't go all ballistic on me and give me hell. I have my reasons. And I might as well admit that I've been off it since my dad left, right after the 4Th of July weekend.

Even though I've stopped the program I've kept up trying to eat halfway right. Especially during the week when I'm at work. I'm still snacking on those damn blueberries, eating yogurt, cottage cheese and weight watchers meals. Man have blueberries gone up in the stores! This week they were $3 for half of what I got last week.

Baby steps, right? I know I have a long battle a head of me and if I just eat healthier and don't lose a pound I figure I'm still ahead of the game. I've lost a total of 17 pounds and I do plan to lose more. The main thing is that I feel better and that's all that matters.

He's right. While I was on nutrisystem I ate all day long. NEVER got hungry once! I swear I felt like a newborn, getting fed every two hours.

Debbie...Whatever works for you! Seventeen pounds is excellent. When we want something badly enough we find a way. Keep on truckin' my friend:) ~Nancy

Jennifer...I'm aware of this fact because of watching The Biggest Loser and also because I've experienced having to eat more myself in order to lose. Our bodies won't give up it's fat unless we have given it the right kind of fuel to sustain it...particularly if we've increased our level of exercise.

Hey Nancy, I was surprised when I went to the docs this week (thought I was coming down with the flu) to discover I've actually lost 20 pounds! Made me feel a whole lot better:)
