I hope you've reached the right place, and I hope that you're over eighteen. This website is for adults only. No, I don't sell adult toys or videos or anything like that, this isn't a porn site. But it is the site of an erotic romance writer.

If you're looking for a steamy read, long, short or in between, where the characters are all over each other, get down and dirty, than I can guarantee that you will find something here. I'm going to level with you, my erotic romances are explicit and graphic in nature, but they all have happily forever or happily for now endings.

20 minutes of your life you'll never get back

My daughter is too funny! Doesn't believe in mailing bills, does everything online. Which means she doesn't go to the bank. In fact a few months ago when she drove me there, she pulled up to the drive through and looked at me and said, "What do I do now?" I had to give her detailed directions about how to remove the canister, open it and so on and so on...

Well, I've gotten better. I do online banking and pay my bills that way now. But today I had a check to cash, so I had to go to the bank. Then I had some books and promo stuff to mail out, so I had to go to the post office. The post office took a little longer than I'd planned on and my daughter and Alivia were waiting for me in the car. As soon as I opened the door she said, "You know you just lost 20 minutes of your life you'll never get back." All I could do was laugh.

This explains why she never returns anything!

LoL to funny but hey it's good to get out sometime even when you don't want to be at the post office for so long. The one near me I go to is terrible at times they have changed alot and the lines are always longgggggg.

I have learned that no matter where you live, they never have enough Post Offices. LOL!

Hey Debbie...Do you know what obsessed readers do when they have to wait in any line or waiting room? *grin*

Must be universal about post offices though. I think it's a matter of picking the right time of day...I least that's what I've found.

Our other choice is to handle the entire thing without leaving home (as long as one has picked up the free flat rate mailers ahead of time from the post office). Since it's flat rate, postage can be obtained at the same time or printed from the usps web site on-line. Then it's a matter of handing the package to the regular mail carrier (at least in this area - in others a phone call may have to be made to insure pick-up [for free]). Anything at all can be stuffed in these mailers and weight doesn't matter...if it fits, it goes:) And, since it's "priority" it's faster than some of the other choices.

I've had the "xx minutes of your life you'll never get back" comment made to me before. Do you know where this statement comes from? I just used to shake my head...was it like I had any control/choice about the matter? Is this a youth thing, do you think?

I hate returning things so I've overly anal before purchasing in the first place...works most of the time;)....Nancy:)

Hey Linda, the post offices around where I live are great. You're in and out in a heart beat. My daughter lives in a highly conjested area so there's a wait wherever you go.

Hi Ruby! Maybe not enough but the wait time depends on where you live. The one thing that burns me about post offices is there never seems to be enough people working behind the counter.

Ah...read? LOL By the way Nancy, your books are in the mail:)Thanks again for ordering them.

Before my daughter had a baby she would waste more money than I could keep up with because she'd order something in the mail and it wouldn't fit. She'd never return it. That would drive me crazy! She's getting better now.

That comment could be an age thing. Kids think they have all the answers and know everything:)

Hey Linda, I bet once they raise the price of stamps again it will go back to normal. Or, maybe it's because so many people pay online now and don't go to the post office:)

My daughter never returns anything either. She says it's not worth her time to drive to the store and stand in line and the costs of gas. She just keeps whatever. I try to return things for her when I go to the store. I tell her I'm retired. I need something to do.
